Yesterday um so day one we’re at poor Canaveral day two is at C okay so day three we have the snorkel rental we have the snorkel rental um so we’re going to be doing that in the morning and at 12:45 I have the South Al Eco and cultural
Tour now it’s just for me this is $149 tour the only reason why it’s just for me is because it was available I tried to book it for both me and Kota well first of all I tried booking it for me Peter kitra and Kota and it wasn’t
Available so I tried just me and Kota not available there was only one spot available on that tour and I was like you know what content booking it because you know I want to try and do as many excursions as possible for Lighthouse Point so I can you know give you guys
Content so that way you guys know what to expect on these uh on these excursions so I booked that one just for myself it’s a 3 and 1 half hour tour so that leaves at 12:45 so on that first day at Lighthouse Point there’s going to
Be a portion of the video where it’s just going to be Kota and then this excursion is going to be something probably in a separate video I might throw in some highlights in the main Vlog but um that’s going to be a probably an entirely separate video so
That way people can look it up on their own um the next day we’re in Nassau and then after that we’re at Castaway Key we have poo dinner that night on Castaway Key night and then day six we are back at Castaway or cway um at Lookout Point
Lookout K and on that day we are doing the historical nature and awesome buggy tour so this is the four-person tour so I only booked myself onto the tour because as the excursions went live I tried booking Peter and KRA some excursions as well and
Um and and it didn’t work out so I only booked myself on the four-person buggy but if it’s a four-person buggy I should be able to get Peter kitchen I’m sorry my mind is going blank I should be able to book I should be able to you know Put Peter and KRA on
The buggy as well as well as Kota so that’s what we got going on for that cruise so technically two excursions technically and hey my dad is in the chat at 30,000 ft and streaming te theme park Express yeah boy my dad is currently on the way to New Jersey to visit some

And um I do YouTube so YouTube is my part-time job my engineering job is my full-time job and when it comes to affording cruises what I do is I book cruises as soon as they become available like a lot of our cruises recently we booked day one as soon as the
Reservations opens for the next batch of cruises so I’m able to make payments for the cruises over time you know every month up until the final payment date and it also helps that it’s just Kota and I sailing you know we don’t have any kids we’re not we’re hardly ever sailing
With other family members that we have to worry about financially so the cruises are relatively cheaper when you’re sailing just two people and we also look for deals we also look for Florida resident deals as well when available so that’s pretty much how I do
It but yeah the money that I make on YouTube is still nowhere near what I make at my at my other job right now so yeah that’s how that’s how I that’s how I do it let’s see um we just started our break tonight hey that’s awesome

Exactly what is going on but you know what’s crazy is that as we were doing research on photographers and videographers for the cruise like the majority of people that we went to were like yeah we want you to pay for our cabin and you know all of our expenses
And stuff and we’re only going to film and take pictures on the one day that you get married not even for the whole Cruise so we were like hm hm you want us to pay all this moneyy to get you on the ship and you’re only
Going to work the one day uh-uh so the photographers and videographers that our friends Gavin and Patrick put us on put us on um they are first of all like they have their rooms included in the price in their overall price which is great and they agreed to film and take
Pictures throughout the entirety of the cruise not like you know 24/7 but you know if there are certain pictures that we want to get on different days they’re there and they’re going to be filming different things throughout the different days as well so that really worked out in our favor so
We’re super excited about that but yeah like like just to give you guys an an idea like our photographer and videographer combo $11,000 it is not cheap and thank God I have family that are willing to help me pay for for everything because there’s

Are some Cruises out there in this next in this most recent drop that do go to both Lighthouse Point and cway key um I think there’s a cruise on the magic that leaves next year in June or no August it leaves in August that is on the magic
And it just goes to Lighthouse Point and cway key no stops at Nassau but it also has a day at C we are highly eyeing that cruise like depending on how the honeymoon works out and the adventure and the destiny now like we have a lot
To think about for 2025 but if you know we can make it work financially get an inside Stater room on that cruise on the magic that goes to just Lighthouse and Castaway Key be perfect but yes those itineraries do exist they do exist let’s see I want to bet hard money

Why can’t I ever get anything why are all the reservations gone by the time we get to them you know it sucks but it is what it is you know Cruise Lions need to prioritize their higher up loyalty members it sucks but it is what it is let’s see
Uh we were lucky and managed to get poo brunch on our first cruise on the dream before even getting on the ship I miss cruising Co cruising times you know honestly yeah I mean like I don’t miss the co times in general but those like half capacity sailings amazing I I will
I will cherish those cruises forever I will cherish them for sure let’s see the wish was your first okay so yeah this is your first time on the dream class you’re going to love it it’s very different from the wish and in a lot of people’s opinion like the dream class
Like that is the way to Disney Cru you know people who grew up with the dream class and the magic and wonder they don’t really care too much for the wish but since you started on the wish you have a completely different opinion on things so I’m very curious to see how
You like the dream class when it comes to cot’s parents cot’s parents they started off on on the wish first that was their fav First Disney cruise on the wish and then they went on the dream and they actually enjoyed that one more so I’m curious to see how how that works

In2 I think it was in 2002 it was either 2001 or 2002 either way it was on the Wonder and we sailed out of Port Canaveral and we did a basic Bohemian cruise we went to Nassau and we went to Castaway key and I remember that cruise so vividly
Only because it was a Trum traumatizing experience on the very first day like it almost put me off of cruising altogether and I still get anxious you know going on cruises to this day because that very first cruise that very first night we sailed through a very bad storm like the
Ship was really rocking and I remember getting sick I remember throwing up in the middle of the show I was not having a good time like I even fell asleep during dinner like I tried to force myself to go to sleep during dinner so that way I wouldn’t like feel the ship
Rocking like they had barf bags on on on the railings like like they were handing them out in the theater as you were walking in it was bad and I remember that cruise so vividly and anytime I go on a cruise now if I start feeling a
Little bit of rocking I start having PTSD flashbacks and I’m just like please don’t get sick please don’t get sick please don’t get sick to this day I have never taken Dramamine I have never used any seasickness patches or pills or anything to prevent seasickness so thankfully I I have been good so
Far but but yeah that first Cru was very traumatizing I remember it vividly but I still remember having fun still remember having fun let’s see uh views and Q sule is in the Hall of Fame yes yes yes yes as it deserves to be let’s see

Line navigator app or on the website and it’ll tell you when you can book your cruise activities and dining it’ll tell you specifically what date you can do that just bear in mind that that date is at midnight on that date so for example if it says June 8th you can book June
7th at midnight is when you book so just bear that in mind and um I highly recommend being there on midnight at midnight and trying what Cod and I like to do we tag team it I’m on my I’m on my computer trying to book it and cod is in
The other room on her phone trying to book it so one of us will get something one of us will get something that’s how we do it so that’s going to be your best bet if not if you can’t get it then then you know keep checking back periodically
Before your cruise in case something does open up or try and get to the port as early as possible and get on the ship as early as possible and go to wherever they’re handling dining reservations and put yourself on the wait list for p brunch because they always hold back
Reservations for people that weren’t able to book online so that way on the day of they can give people some reservations before they start moving on to the wait list so just bear that in mind get to the port nice and early that’s what we’re going to be doing for
The June Cruise we’re going to try and get to the port as soon as we can get on the ship as early as we can and try and get ourselves that PO Branch reservation um let’s see ever since I got mom to watch your cruise Vlogs she
Has been catching cruise fever uh she wants to do a five nights on any of the ships what activities are worth doing and how do you go pick rooms um I should make a dedicated video on how to book a Disney cruise and the whole process I I
Should do that relatively soon um how do I go about picking rooms we always try and pick rooms that are close to the elevator shafts so with if you’re on the wish you have two different options you have forward and a elevators uh to to
Pick from and we always try and pick a room that’s right around there we try not to stay you know too far away from that um so yeah that’s how that’s pretty much how we go about picking rooms and also you know what we can afford at the time
You know when we book whether we get a veranda or a ocean view or an inside you know all are all are great options um and let’s see any activities that are worth doing I mean any activity on the ship is worth doing you know the cruise
Is what you make it and if you get on the ship and you see something that you know sounds really fun whether it be learning how to cook something with a chef or a drawing class or trivia you know everything is going to be worth it
In my opinion if you really love brain teasers and you really love testing your knowledge trivia is definitely one of my favorite things to do I love going to the cruise trivia because I’m always learning something new always learning something new and I love to test my
Knowledge um we haven’t done a anyone can cook class yet I still haven’t had the opportunity to catch one but hopefully soon we’ll be able to catch a anyone can cook class and um Bingo is something that we don’t really do as much anymore um because it’s so crowded
And it’s pretty expensive and it’s very difficult to win Bingo is not something that we do anymore but I still recommend it especially if you’re like a firsttime cruiser definitely check out Bingo it’s it’s definitely fun I am so sorry that was a burp I has salmon for
Dinner um but yeah everything is worth it to be to be honest with you let’s see do I need a winter coat for an Alaskan cruise snow pants I don’t I mean depending on what excursions you’re planning on doing if you’re planning on taking a helicopter to a top
Of a glacier that’s covered in snow then you might want snow pants but just bring layers bring layers um a winter coat again it all depends on what excursions you’re doing like I wouldn’t say you need to dress like you’re going on a Tonton through Hoth
But but just bring layers bring you know jackets and stuff that you can take off and remove and you know that you’re comfortable carrying around with you worst case scenario because temperatures do fluctuate and it can fluctuate drastically but I wouldn’t I wouldn’t pack like you’re going out on a
Tonton let’s see OMG yes please uh would appreciate that and if you could um shout out Mama Davidson she’s a huge fan hey Mama Davidson shout out to you I hope you’re having a great evening let’s see I’ve never done a cruise before as a Solo Traveler which ship would you
Recommend you’ve never done a cruise before and you’re a Solo Traveler I would recommend one of the smaller ships I recommend either the magic or the wonder if you’re you know looking to do a Disney cruise um I would do one of the smaller ships if it’s your first time
And you’re a Solo Traveler if you’re a firsttime traveler and you’re going with a family then you know dream or fantasy but first time solo dream or magic or magic or wonder there you go let’s see um we want to pick the quiet areas in floors for rooms do you
Know which is the best for that if you’re looking for something quiet I would definitely like in general I should have mentioned this earlier in general when we go about picking rooms I always try to avoid the very back of the ship you know the back half of the ship
I try to avoid because that’s where the the the thrusters and propellers are and it can vibrate it can vibrate pretty intensely in the mornings and in the afternoons when you’re docking and leaving a port um not so much like when you’re actively sailing but like in the
Mornings it can wake you up the vibrations in the morning I always try to avoid booking back half of the ship midship forward that’s where you can find me um so if you’re looking for something quiet avoid the back of the ship um if you’re also looking for
Something quiet I would also do avoid deck 10 on the dream fantasy and wish because deck 10 is below the pool deck and the pool deck can get pretty noisy at night sometimes because they can move the chairs around when they’re pressure washing or cleaning so it’s not uncommon
To hear you know stuff moving around up there plus sometimes this happens to what on the wish um sometimes they rehearse the The Deck shows in the middle of the night and we can hear it we it was it happened to us on the wish where we heard them practicing the sail wave
Party and um we heard it from our room um so avoid the deck just below the Leo deck um honestly like anywhere that’s got rooms above you and Below you you should be solid if you have state rooms above you and Below you you’re solid you know if you’re one floor above
Or below the kids club avoid that at all cost don’t be on the same level as the kids club in general if you want something that’s quiet um but yeah and um if you’re looking for something that’s a bit more quiet try and avoid the elevator shafts I mean not
Saying that it’s a constant but something that cot and I noticed is that yeah we love to have rooms that are close to the elevators and stairwells but the tradeoff is that you will hear kids actively stomping running down the hallway because it’s very common for
Kids to get off an elevator and as soon as they get off the elevator they Sprint and you know kids they have concrete shoes that’s what you hear going down the hallway by the door you know they get excited they run and especially you know late at night sometimes they can do
That so um the further you are from An Elevator Shaft the less like likely you are to hear The Stomping down a hallway so it’s a bit of a give and take it’s a bit of a give and take you know it’s not constant that you’re hearing
The Stomping down the hallway but it can’t happen every once in a while so those are my tips for a quiet room I hope that helps let’s see um are you booking Walt Disney suite for your wedding I wish I wish I had that kind of money but no
No I am not we did consider concierge we did consider concierge but we wanted to put that extra money towards the wedding itself and the photographers and videographers and honeymoon so yeah we just have a veranda room a family Veranda room for our wedding Cruise no concierge no Walt Disney Suite I wish
Hopefully one day you know if somebody’s sailing on a on a cruise in the Walt Disney suite and you want to invite your boy I will happily go along but yeah no no Walt Disney sweet unfortunately let’s see Hy wants to bring my keyblade for pirate night would that be allowed uh

It seems you rarely go to Walt Disney World lately um you do lots of Disney cruises but not a lot of Vlogs in the Parks why is that because I feel the Disney Magic a lot more on the cruise ships than I do in the Parks unfortunately the parks just don’t have
The same spark in Magic that they did even years ago when I was on the college program back in 2015 the spark was still there the magic was still there you know I felt the Disney difference and unfortunately the Parks have just cut back on so much and have just been
Disappointment after disappointment especially over the last four years with Co it’s just been a lot and the quality has been going down you know Disney doesn’t pay attention to things anymore and you know there are things that are breaking down things that are getting dirty you know they’re not keeping up
With the rides it’s just disappointment after disappointment and you know the magic that I used to feel in the Parks I feel on the cruise ships and you know if someone were to ask me you know hey should I go to a weeklong Disney World trip or should I do a weeklong Disney
Cruise I will always recommend a Disney cruise because cruising with Disney is a lot less stressful than going to Walt Disney World you know paying for hotels tickets Genie lightning Lane you know it’s it’s it’s a lot and it’s very stressful that you know to go to a a um
