might be fine but also bear in mind that velocci coaster has a height restriction like you can be so tall and fit on velocci coaster or ride velocci coaster in general so um it it it really all depends on how evenly your weight is distributed go on to my channel and check out the Vlog that I did that shows the test seat and how to properly fit in it and you can kind of gauge it from there on Disney cruise waterproof speaker worth the cost I’ve seen you bought one before on your previous Cruise does it still work good quality Etc or just a collection item for me it’s just a collection item I have it right here I me not unplug my headset it’s I have it right here this is the silver or not the silver this is the um 25th anniversary version they do they don’t sell this particular one anymore they have one with the normal colors but I think it’s still it’s kind of hard to see but it it’s lit up it’s it’s it’s my lights are too white but you can kind of see it’s lit up over here when I put a shadow on it yeah still works um do I ever use it nope it is literally just a collection item for me but um if you if you want to use it for a collection item then go ahead and go for it I think it’s worth it because it’s Unique I think it’s worth it because it’s Unique I know that other cruise lines have done it I think Carnival is the first one that that had that but I like it I think it’s Unique uh let’s see let’s see does Disney have a Halloween Cruise yes they do they do have Halloween on the high seas let’s see I wish the luck out K Beach area was walkable from where the ship dock seems like everyone will have to take a tram because it’s so far away yeah I think everyone is definitely going to have to take a tram let’s go ahead and jump into that actually let’s go ahead and jump into that uh let me open this up let me actually duplicate this so I can look at the stuff over here let me open this up in this window because we need to talk so first of all by show of hands do you guys think that Lighthouse Point is going to be ready by the time the inaugural Cruise or even preview Cruise sets sail next month because because amongst me my friends who are sailing and people in the Facebook group we are kind of worried that the island is not going to be ready just based off of the most recent construction photos that we got a couple days ago do you guys think it’s going to be ready yes or no I’m getting a lot of nopes I have one person saying that they think is going to be ready yeah I I honestly don’t think that’s going to be ready um let me go ahead and open this up over here open this up let’s come over here based on these most recent construction photos I do not think that Lighthouse Point is going to be ready or that Lighthouse yeah Lighthouse Point is going to be right I keep getting it confused Lighthouse Point Lighthouse key Lookout key it’s going to get real confusing real quickly but um this is one of the most recent construction photos that we got and based off of the map that we got today these are these Serenity Bay Cabanas now we have two family Cabanas either their family or their Grand Cabanas probably Grand Cabanas if I had to be completely honest with you you can see that they have some sliding glass doors over here on either side in a nice big patio these other Cabanas are rather small um it doesn’t look like anything back here is really ready there’s still a lot of sand there’s still piles of dirt meanwhile they posted these pictures a couple of days ago so this isn’t giving me much hope we have our path over here and you can see a construction worker there looks like there’s going to be another path over here the serenity Bay Cabanas at Lighthouse Point they don’t lead directly to the beach you can see that they’re probably going to have to cross over a bridge over here over this sandbank to actually get to the water which to be fair the serenity Bay Cabanas at castley Key are kind of the same way you have to walk through a sandbank but you don’t have to walk through a river I think um each of the Cabanas at Serenity Bay and cway key they like the sandbank has a little trm dug into it for each individual Cabana correct me if I’m wrong but um yeah that’s not giving me any hope let’s scroll down to this one uh this is not giving me much hope either I mean to be fair I don’t know what much more they could do this to me looks like the area right as you get off of the ship to where you pick up the tram it looks like this is going to be a gift shop over here it looks like they might have another gift shop over here or a grabbing go we do know that there is a food location over here as well um it looks like they could use a couple more plants in here or maybe some sand and put in some other kind of vegetation but to me this just looks undone and it looks like up here they still need to add some stuff either some signage or something else hanging off of the roof to me this looks very plain it looks very plain and I see Peter typing in the chat it looks very cheap it does look very cheap and I love the artwork and the the overall theme that they’re going for with Lookout key is celebrating the culture of the Bahamas more specifically alra and I I I I love that they’re doing that I love that they are trying to lean heavily into the culture but just based off of these windows alone and the beige it just doesn’t scream Disney quality as Michelle said I got my Mom calling me hey babe can you text my mom and let her know that I’m in the middle of a live stream please if you can hear me thank you I got my mom trying to call me in the middle of a stream but yeah this just doesn’t seem Disney quality especially compared to what we have at Castaway key and you know they always say that comparison is the thief of Joy a lot of people are going to be comparing this to Castaway key and right now the level of theming that we’re seeing at this moment is not matching what we see at cway Key but you know a lot of people online are saying it hasn’t opened yet why are you judging it this thing opens in a month it opens in a month and it looks like this how much more are they going to be able to get done in a month that’s that that’s where I’m at again I’m reserving full judgment until I get there but the photos that Disney are releasing to the public and especially those people who are on these cruises who paid a lot of money to be on these first couple of cruises specifically the inaugural Cruise where we go there twice it’s worrisome and we’re all very worried um let’s scroll down a little bit more this is an image from one of the barbecue restaurants true true barbecue we know that this is going to be the seating area so they’re going to put up a bunch of tables and chairs over here for for people to sit and eat we have several of these structures that look like shells spread out and this is where guests are going to be eating this isn’t where the food is actually going to be served this is actual seating area I like what they’re going for I like that the that they’re elevated platforms I like that it’s something easy to navigate so to speak as far as you know not having to walk around on hot concrete or Sands you know I like that it’s an elevated platform and I like the the choice of shells uh let’s see scroll down some more over here these are the Cabanas that are located on the beach right as you get off the ship now let me go ahead and pull this up because we got to talk about this so what we were just looking at were these Cabanas over here let me scroll down these Cabanas over here you can see to ship the ship is going to dock off in this area over here where you can see my mouse it’s going to dock in this area over here kind of like this and you’re going to have to walk all the way over here now based on satellite images that Pier or dock looks like it’s going to be a pretty lengthy walk kind of similar to what you have at um CoCo Key because I know when you get off the ships at CoCo Key you have to walk a little ways before you actually get on the island we have our boat docks over here and these are the Cabanas now based off of this picture alone for those of you who aren’t in the know does this look like Serenity Bay to you does this look like Serenity B to you if you haven’t looked at the map yet does this look like Serenity beta you because if I hadn’t told anybody that this was Serenity Bay they would be like yeah that those Cabanas look like they’re nice and secluded they’re by themselves away from everything else that looks like Serenity Bay because on castleway key Serenity Bay is isolated so to speak it’s a little ways away from where all the action is on of the family beaches there are Cabanas there it’s a nice secluded beach and you have a view of the ship the ship is going to be docked right here so you would be wrong you would be wrong these Cabanas are family Cabanas these are family Cabanas that have their own dedicated Beach and their own little area this is not not Serenity Bay Serenity Bay is up here you can’t see it because of my you can’t see it because of my webcam um Let me let me let me let me let me let me let me where are you let me move this Serenity Bay is over here this is Serenity Bay this is family beach all of this is family beach all of this is family beach and this area right here is Serenity Bay it’s weird that the canders are so close to the ship they aren’t listed as a swim or smoke Beach yeah like are are people going to be able to swim at that beach are they going to be able to snorkel over there what is it what is it going to be used for but yeah this is try Bay smack dab next to the family beach like are they going to just have a rope sectioning this area off from kids and every other guest like that’s just the thing that confuses the heck out of me they pulled a Disney wish on Lighthouse Point they pulled a Disney wish on Lighthouse Point they literally did the worst thing imaginable with the adult only area on the Disney wish and they did the same thing here with Lighthouse Point and I don’t understand it I don’t understand it why are you going to put Serenity Bay right next to all the family beaches and then you have all three dining locations all three barbecue locations right next to each other we have the serenity Bay barbecue over here we have true true barbecue 1 and then right down here true true barbecue 2 which to be fair cookies one and cookies 2 on cway key are pretty close together but all three of these this is kind of ridiculous in my opinion and then they have all of this labeled over here as swim snorkel area all of this is swim snorkel area so we don’t know if there’s going to be anything special hidden in the water for people to discover while they’re snorkeling out here but again swim snorkel area this is all designated swim snorkel down here for these family Cabanas this isn’t labeled as swim snorkel now I assume based off of concept art that we’ve seen of these particular Cabanas that this would be swim snorkel unless I’m wrong and the concept art was from over here which it’s entirely possible but the people that are in my Facebook group for this Cruise are very confused because the only dining location the only dining area is again let me move my my webcam the only dining location is over here number 23 which is mangroves and go to me that sounds like a grabbing go to me that sounds like a grab and go so all of these people who booked Cabanas over here are they so as far as food are they going to have to hop on a tram and travel all the way over here to get food because these are the big barbecue locations or is Disney going to have food delivered to these Cabanas are people going to be able to order ahead of time and are are you going to be able to order food ahead of time and have food delivered or are some of these buildings over here like hidden food locations where they might do some some barbecue selections just for these Cabana guests do you guys understand where I’m coming from there’s a lot of confusion surrounding these Cabanas over here but the biggest thing that confuses me is why are these Cabanas why is this area in general not Serenity Bay I don’t I don’t I I don’t understand and I’m very confused and so are a lot of other people but let’s go ahead and go through this so as soon as you get off the ship as soon as you get off the ship over here we have our docks we have this is mabria Cove which is the Cabana check-in and Bic IC Le rentals uh over here number two we have turbo birth which is the charter boat check-in so for all of your swimming snorkeling excursions you’ll be able to check in over here and that is where you will launch 23 is with the grab and go we covered that number 24 this is going to be a first and last chance stand so this is going to be a merch stand over here and more than likely it’s this more than likely it’s that the merch stand uh and then a over here is mria Cove tram stop and then we have our Cabanas over here which are labeled as mabria Cove Cabanas so from here you get off the ship you hop on a tram and you take the journey all the way down over here to where the family beaches and family areas are let’s go ahead and start from the top and work our way down this is the true or not true true this is the barbecue for serenity Bay so what is it number 17 this is labeled as Serenity Bay barbecue this is Serenity Bay barbecue number 18 is going to be a bar this is the Blue Hole Bar for adults 18 years and older moving on down number four this is labeled as Serenity Bay Cabanas obviously number nine this is the serenity Bay Beach right over here and again we have no idea how this separation is going to work between the two beaches uh moving on down over here number 16 this is our first uh this is actually true true two barbecue so this is the second one we have our seating area over here I can imagine this is where you’re going to actually get the food we have our seating areas over here number 19 we have another bar this is Bow and ribbon Bar number six over here this is flippers and fins this is where you’re going to get your snorkel rental for the water area over here number 10 is labeled as goom Cultural Center so this is going to be really cool I’m excited to check out the cultural center and I’m excited to learn more about the Bahamas and the area that we’re specifically in Number 27 25 and 26 uh these are merch locations so we have number 25 this is going to be Disney Tings it’s labeled as T apostrophe ings so Disney Tings a play on the Bohemian language I I kind of like that we have Treasures of alra over here on 26 and 27 is going to be plates and plates which is Hair Braiding so that’s really interesting number five over here this is the Gathering tree which is an amenity so we don’t really I to my knowledge I don’t think we have too many I don’t think we have too many um too much info on that oh yeah I got to move my I got to move my head sorry sorry sorry sorry thank you for letting me know uh and number seven over here number seven over here this is Rocky points which is some more bicycle rentals so we have another trans stop over here now Serenity Bay is actually pretty far away to me this looks like another tram stop over here kind of like an unlisted tram stop so I’m kind of thinking that this is going to be similar to what we have on Castaway Key where you get on the TR and you go to your first stop which I believe is Scuttle Cove no Pelican Point Scuttle Cove is the first tram stop Pelican Point is the second one I do believe there’s only going to be the one tram stop over here and then if you’re going to Serenity Bay you can stay on or go on a separate tram to Serenity Bay I do think that there’s going to be another tra stop I don’t think they’re going to make everybody walk the rest of the way over here to Serenity Bay but moving on number 11 is rush out gush out this is the family water play area number 22 it’s another bar this is sansational smoothies it’s going to be a Smoothie Bar number 20 is going to be the watering hole bar and then down here we have true true barbecue the first one and number eight this is the family beach so all of this is going to be family beach and I don’t understand why they wouldn’t just put the Cabanas over here like it makes complete and total sense to put the family Cabanas over here like I haven’t looked at an aeriel I don’t know if this is really a bunch of sand that they have over here but just based off of what they’re showing us it looks like they could have put some cabanos over here and then right behind you would have had true true barbecue and then you have pads leading over to the beach that’s just me that’s how I would have designed it I don’t know the thought process behind why they did that but whatever moving on uh number 14 over here this is Sebastian’s Cove so this is the youth activities area I think this is where we’re going to have uh some of our um did we get concept art of a jungle gym did we get concept art of a jungle gym I think we got something like like a little kids player it’ll be over here uh number 12 we have Triton’s trumpet stage so a stage over here for different performances number 13 we have a play play Pavilion some more family activities number 21 is going to be another bar reef and wreck bar and that is it we do have a nature trail over here which from what I heard is about 2 miles is about 2 miles and then down here I can only assume this is labeled as a Historic Landmark so if I recall correctly in the very first video that we got of Lookout key we had daddy Josh dearo standing over here on some rocks and zooming out you know with the Drone shot of the rest of the land I don’t know if there’s an actual Lighthouse here I don’t know if there’s an actual Lighthouse here I don’t recall you guys can let me know but yeah that is the entirety of Lighthouse Point and again the reactions to this online are very mixed people are saying that it looks really small which I can kind of understand but at the same time though so is Castaway Key you know if you compareed the land on the actual Island to what’s actually used as guest area it’s to me it’s kind of about the same and if you look at a map of Castaway key as well this distance kind of looks about the same if not a little bit more than the runway if you were to walk from the family beaches to Serenity debate over there so I don’t know let me go ahead and start reading chat let me know what you guys think let me know what you guys think drop your opinions in the comments or in in the chat below is there anything else that wanted to cover we covered the family Cabanas over here oh yeah there’s there’s this over [Music] here like it just doesn’t look done this is another look at the serenity Bay Cabanas that we have up here another look at the serenity bake Cabanas and we have the other I believe this is the true true two barbecue it just doesn’t look like it could be done in a looking better than Alaska that’s all I’m saying believe me Stephen if I could go to Alaska this year I would if it wasn’t for work if it wasn’t for work I would let’s see a sha some people upload months ago videos walking there at the beach and it’s beautiful there that’s awesome I need to look those up from from what I’ve seen the aerial photos and just from these pictures alone the water looks Crystal Clear which I thoroughly appreciate and it looks like it’s very pretty to be fair let’s see uh cool daddy hey guys going to be listening while cool baby and I drive home from Universal Orlando well I’m driving I would hope so have a safe drive guys let’s see Michelle um also it’s also important to realize that cway key is actually Disney owned Island Lighthouse is public so I’m sure that plays a role with what they can do oh yeah 100% absolutely it’s important to note that a Lighthouse Point is not a private island it this is a private destination it’s not an island it’s a part of an island and you know Disney is just kind of using the space so it’s a very important distinction for sure let’s see um hey Adrian are you excited to go on the Disney treasure and uh and is it coming out this winter or next winter the treasure is coming out this winter this winter in December let’s see if it were me I would put the family Cabanas where Serenity Bay is now and use the other area near the pier for serenity Bay that’s what a lot of people are saying people are saying and confused as to why they didn’t flop the why can’t Serenity Bay be right there off the ship and the family area stay the family area over there we don’t understand let’s see um Kon Jones I was napping in late to the live it’s okay man it’s okay uh let’s see Trevor wife thinks that the family Cabanas could be close to the ship to to get back to thoughts that’s entirely possible that’s entirely possible that they wanted to give people paying $5 $600 for a cabana easy access to and from the ship that is entirely possible but another thing that people were pointing out is that is that the family beach at Castaway keyi had a nice view of the ship you could be out on the water and look off in the distance and the ship was right there Disney essentially put that behind a pay wall if you want a nice view of the ship from the beach you have to have a cabana if you don’t have a cabana you’re not setting foot on this beach period and you’re not getting theoretically any good shots of the ship from the water does that make sense Disney put that view behind a pay wall which I don’t agree with I don’t like but financially and you know it being Disney it makes sense that they would do that do I agree with it absolutely not do I agree with Randy Bay being right next to family beach no no uh let’s see I don’t think it will be ready I’ve always thought that this would be an afterthought to Castaway Key mainly having the older ships go there really says that the wish and treasure are mainly going to Castaway Key yeah uh this is that in my opinion is just Disney wanting to push people to their older ships because we have a lot of new Ships coming out we just had the wish come out we have the treasure coming out this year Destiny coming out next year and then of course we have the adventure that’s going to be in Singapore but still we have three new ships recently and people Disney knows that people are going to want to experience the newer ships so the best way to push them to the older ships is to have them go to the new island destination it makes complete and total me think the beach is Big it does look like the beach is Big it does it does let’s see uh for the open space in the middle a lot of that is actually lakes and ponds the map doesn’t show these yeah these are these are like little Lakes over here this they can’t really develop so that makes complete and total sense I’m not saying I’m not the one saying that they should develop more I’m not the one saying that they should develop more I mean they could a little bit but it’s not it’s not a priority to me not a priority to me let’s see um boring no relaxing yes 100% this is probably going to be very relaxing and that’s something that’s that’s important to distinguish a lot of people are also comparing this to KOCO key which I admire KOCO key for what it is granted I’ve never been there but as an outsider looking in I admire that KOCO key has multiple beaches it’s got the water park it’s got the um it’s got it it’s it’s it it just has a lot going on specifically the pools and the the water park they have the brand new adult only area they have a lot going on and I don’t think that Disney would ever go that route but I do wish that Disney would do something a little bit more with their private islands such as adding a pool a a nice pool would be really nice cuz I’m a pool guy I’m a pool guy I don’t really do too much of the beach thing um a pool would be nice a pool would be nice but you know Koko key that’s not I don’t get relaxing vibes from KOCO key that’s just me I know that there are areas that you can go to to relax but the new adult area that they just opened up you’re not going there to relax you’re not going there to relax the music is loud over there it’s a party atmosphere over here on cast away key and serenity Bay over there on cway key this looks like it could all be very relaxing I don’t know what do you guys think uh let’s see do you think this will be better than Castaway no I do not think it will be better than Castaway it looks to me like they wanted to create a concierge cabinet areas with a private beach that they could sell for money I’m not surprised yeah that’s 100% this is all money driven 100% let’s see uh Peter I wish they just had something more than cway cway is great uh but it was also created decades ago like a pool area would have been nice yes I wish they would add a pool area to Castaway that would be really nice like oh like an onland water play area that would be cool you know even if they expanded the water play area out on the water that would be amazing as well or like have a jungle gym out in the water that could be you know suitable for a adults cuz one of the last times we were there at cway Key Cotto really wanted to go and climb on the little monkey bars that were out over the water and it’s for children only so they could do more they could do more let’s see um it gives me exploration Vibes I’d love to see the beaches and lighthouse in person yes there is definitely an element of exploration especially with the nature trail over here I feel like this is going to be very popular and that’s not even counting the excurs cions there’s a lot of excursions that take you away from the Lighthouse Point area and takes you into alra and and you know you can do a bunch of exploring on our cruise we have multiple excursions booked that take us out of the Lighthouse Point area and into alra and I’m excited to show you guys that and to show you guys what the rest of the island has to offer I think that Disney is really banking on people going on the those kinds of excursions who just subscribed very interesting and it’s something that I would definitely want to check out let’s see one uh one positive I think after the tram ride uh things like food and bars will be convenient to the beach I give you guys the most informative videos to show you guys what it’s really like so that’s what we’re going to be doing also I want to say that depending on how well these videos do for the inaugural Cruise if these videos do well if we get enough views and we get a decent chunk of money from these videos Cod and I are planning on going back to Lookout key sometime August September time frame on one of the smaller ships we’ve already started doing research we think that we want to hop on a cruise on the magic to go back to Lookout key and kind of do an update video on you know what things have changed on Lighthouse Point since our first visit also our first visit now is going to be on a larger ship with almost double the passengers that you would have on the magic which is primarily the ship that is going to be sailing over there they’re primarily going to be putting the older ships going to Lookout key so I mean I I know the dream is also going there at some point but you guys know what I mean um I’d like I’d like to also get a perspective on the islands from a smaller ship perspective so we’ll see we’ll see what happens but that’s the tentative plan let’s see uh let me catch up with some stuff over here um it’s like how they made a small adult area on the wish and tried to push people to buy the new outdoor Cabanas in the the outdoor area and the Sens a spa that makes complete and total sense Yep this almost feels exactly the same let’s see what country will this be in this is going to be in the Bahamas let’s see um Adrian your videos give me a lot of advice for going on my Disney World vacation trip next year can’t wait hey I appreciate you watching thank you so much let’s see I’m a bit surprised that there isn’t a pool it seems like a lot of other beach clubs and private Cruise ports have them I’m very surprised too I don’t know why Disney hasn’t put in a pool yet but you know only Josh dearo and Bob Iger now let’s see uh it seems like a few stuff is missing from this island that exists and Cast Away uh Recreation game areas and other water SL to name a few um yeah definitely there are some things missing but some people online are saying that this is that the island is only half ready like it’s it’s only halfway done and that there’s a lot more to come in the future I might have missed that announcement but some people online are saying that it’s only halfway done I don’t know this is just based off of what we are being given right now um let’s see I’m curious if the lakes are going to bring mosquitoes and be buggy that is a good question I have no idea but we’ll see let’s see uh will you be getting a cabana will you be getting a Cabana on your trip the answer is no number one Cabanas are almost exclusively for concierge guest it’s very difficult for a non-c concierge guest to actually get a hold of Cabana believe me if I could get a hold of a cabana as a non-c concierge on any of my other cruises I would have done that by now but if you’re not in concierge then it’s going to be extremely difficult to get a cabana I’m trying to reach out to some folks who are on our cruise to see if they would let me tour their Cabana sometime in the morning so that way I can show it off to you guys on the channel because the majority of the people who are probably getting a cabana aren’t going to be posting videos of what the Cabanas look like on the inside and the whole process and everything that’s included so I’m trying to to reach out to some folks to see if they would let me things aren’t exactly working out super well in the department but if you guys are going on that cruise and you guys have a cabana hit me up DM me on Twitter or Instagram and um if you’re interested in letting me tour your Cabana let me I wouldn’t put my money on it I hope he does you know even Cooper said that that you know he’s like the heart and soul of the Tampa Bay Lightning but I wouldn’t put my money on him coming back next season if they haven’t resigned him yet then it’s probably not happening let’s see uh what’s your opinion on the OG magic we’ve been on the wish and fantasy thinking of magic Maybe next uh for one the magic is is uh kota’s favorite the magic is kota’s favorite uh ship and we are trying to get back on the magic very soon so I definitely enjoy the magic behind the fantasy I say the magic is probably number two or three probably number two or three the fantasy is my favorite ship but the magic is probably two or three I like it so you can’t go wrong with it you’ll enjoy yourself let’s see can I do a 30 second recap of Lookout key um I’ve been moving jobs all week and I’ve missed everything that’s been Lookout key related so quick 30 second recap you get off the ship over here you have the family Cabanas over here that is not Serenity Bay uh so all these secluded Cabanas over here are family Cabanas and there is at this time no dedicated restaurant for them we have a tram stop over here you’re going to take the tram all the way the heck over here to the family area we have true true barbecue one true true barbecue 2 and we have the serenity Bay Area over here with only a couple of Cabanas how are they’re going to separate Serenity Bay from the family area I have no idea you could be chilling on Serenity Bay and hear some Screaming kids that is definitely going to be a problem uh we have some family entertainment areas over here we have a big family beach we have the swim and snow area right here we have the other tram stop and we have about a 2 and 1/2 Mile Long nature trail boom 30 second recap uh let’s see when are you going when are you going if you are to Halloween at Disney World uh we’ll be there October 17th through 19th is uh we are planning on going to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween party this year when exactly we’re going we have no idea but we do plan on going at some point let’s see uh my concerns with Lighthouse Point is that it seems to lack any ambition RCL raised the bar for private islands and look how key looks uninspired almost boring by comparison that’s what a lot of people have been saying and yeah I completely understand where you’re coming from I really do honestly um again we just have to wait and see that’s the best we can do is wait and see you know I will Reserve all judgment until I actually get there I’m not hating it yet I’m just concerned uh let’s see uh we have a family tradition to compete against each other on a wreck on a Whack A P pack whack a pack of Whack A Packy of saurus each trip I know exactly what you’re talking about I know exactly what you’re talking about but that’s actually the the game where I won kot Iguanodon uh let’s see uh we’re on the fantasy going to cway key and Lighthouse Point we’ll be interesting to compare the two on the same sailing that’s what a lot of people are going to do and I think because we go to Lighthouse Point first and then we go to cast pass away second I I think I either that or we stop at Nassau first either way it’s going to be very interesting to have our first day at Lighthouse Point and then go to Castaway because I’m very curious to get the opinions of fellow Cruisers to see just based off of your first initial reactions and experience with Lookout key do they think that it’s better than Cast Away I’m very curious I’m going to be interviewing people I’m going to be interviewing people on the cruise if you’re a subscriber and you watch the videos and you’re on our inaugural sailing please let me chat with you and get you on camera talking about what your likes and dislikes are um let’s see is Universal Studios New Park a threat to Disney in your opinion yes I do think that epic universe is a threat to Disney is it going to completely demolish Disney’s attendance and you know pull enough people away to really hurt that much no but I do think that it’s going to make Disney consider their future options I do think that it’s going to you know make Disney be like oh God we got to do something I do think that it’s going to do that let’s see um Adrian could totally do a 60-second room tour you can talk fast and yet still go over the a lot of time I I I I definitely could I definitely could if I ever do sale with you Stephen I would totally you know take advantage and do a 60-second room tour just to see if I could do it let’s see uh doesn’t sound too to much like Serenity if it’s right next to the kids beach that’s what a lot of people are saying and that’s what people are confused about I’m confused about it cod’s confused about it why is Serenity Bay so close to the family beach let’s see uh do you think the nature trail will be a 5k it’s entirely possible a lot of people have been asking if there’s going to be a 5k on the island and right now we have no idea no idea let’s see uh T hey how you doing I’m doing very well thank you so much for asking let’s see uh thanks I’m still hoping that there’s a designated adult barbecue area but it’ll be interesting there is there is a dedicated adult barbecue area this is the uh Serenity Bay barbecue right here right up here is the Ry Bay barbecue um has there been any word if this is uh Lookout key Phase 2 or will that be a phase 2 infrastructure are you talking about the barbecue area I have no idea but we have no word yet on any Phase 2 uh lety T says I like your content hey thank you so much I appreciate that let’s see CO’s are character meet and greets uh lines shorter on smaller ships like the Magic versus the wish yes if you’re on a smaller ship the lines are going to be overall shorter let’s see Alyssa Davidson mom and I are going to Disney World in March next year we’re only going to be able to see one park though that’s unfortunate which one would you recommend to be as a firsttime goer if you’ve never been to Walt Disney World before go to Magic Kingdom you cannot go wrong with Magic Kingdom there is the most stuff to do at Magic Kingdom you can spend the entire day there and still possibly not see anything or not anything but not see everything you would have the most fun at Magic Kingdom especially as your first time for sure dang kids let’s see is Disney going downhill I’m so disappointed man they are they honestly are in my opinion Disney is going downhill and not just the parks but unfortunately the cruise line as well like don’t get me wrong I love Disney Cruise Line to death I will always love Disney Cruise Line as long as the you know four OG ships are around but right now the route they’re going with with the wish treasure and possibly Destiny is not looking so good now granted the wish has grown on me the wish has grown on me a lot so I appreciate the wish for what it is I don’t hate it um but it’s definitely like my least favorite ship if that makes complete and total sense um but yeah Disney as as a whole is going downhill 100% there is no doubt about that let’s see um at least the barbecue area in Serenity Bay is covered yes at least it’s covered looks like we have proper structures at Serenity Bay in uh Lookout key and and that is what I appreciate let’s see um I just realized the family beach is on the opposite side of the islands you won’t have those beautiful views of the ship docked while you enjoy the island yep you are exactly right you are exactly right but who knows who knows like I know this all looks wooded over here but this could be more rocks than anything maybe the trees aren’t too tall and who knows you might be able to be in this area and still kind of see the ship off in the distance that’s what we’re hoping for but the money shot is going to be over here at these family Cabanas that have their own dedicated Beach that everyone paid upwards of $500 $600 possibly more who knows um let’s see um I saw the food and drinks dropped as well that uh what barbecue items are you most excited for I think I’m excited for the chicken and rice that seems really unique and I’m excited to try that out I’m excited to try the chicken and rice um let’s see when’s your next California theme park visit asking for a friend um as of right now I have no idea no idea possibly sometime in the summer um as of right now my summer plans aren’t that crazy mostly because I’m working and I have the cruise um but right now possibly in the summer sometime I don’t have an exact date yet but I would like to get back out to Disneyland I would like to get back out to univers so to experience the tram tour 60th um but we’ll see we’ll see if not then I’ll definitely be around for uh Hollow Halloween Horror Nights on the very first night let’s see uh so excited for that trip let’s see uh what is your favorite Disney cruise ship the fantasy let’s see I do love Magic Kingdom uh but the last time I went was back in 2004 and I’m so overdue for a trip back oh my God are things different do you have a video explaining why the Disney ships are not doing great um the ships overall are doing great the wish is the only outlier for right now hopefully they can turn things around with the treasure but as of right now the ships are doing fine in my opinion yeah there are some things that they are scaling back you know we don’t have we don’t have the dinner buffets anymore you know uh Cabanas isn’t open for dinner buffets which it used to be which I’m really sad about we don’t have the midnight buffet that we would have after the pirate Night fireworks which I I don’t understand we sailed on the magic after Co and they had that midnight pirate Buffet but they apparently sto doing it or or they just don’t have it on any other I don’t know there are some things that they are scaling back on which is unfortunate they don’t have the uh breakfast brunch buffet at Pao anymore you know Pao used to be used to have a little Buffet section where you could you know get a bunch of things and they don’t do that anymore so they are going downhill but they’re not like they’re not not doing great if that makes sense let’s see my husband won’t eat at cway because the birds are in the barbecue eating before kitchen I’ve never experienced that before I’ve never experienced that before um from from my experience all the crew members are pretty good at getting the birds away from all the food let’s see have you ever had a Dole Whip at the parks it’s so good I have had a do whip at the park and I disagree I don’t like doll whips at all I very controversial opinion I know but I don’t like dops at all let’s see I messaged you with the map uh Disney posted about proposed future expansion of Lighthouse Point gotcha I’ll take a look at that my phone is like out of my line of sight right now I’m so sorry oh no nugget I hope that didn’t Cabana expansion okay so they could do Cabana expansion over there Disney donated public lands Public Road North Beach Disney sponsored Conservation Center I suppose yeah there is room for expansion definitely H we’ll see we will see thank you for sending me that Peter I appreciate that let’s see uh will you be attending Halloween Horror Nights at holwood this year yes 100% we are going to make it a tradition we will make it a tradition let’s see um mom went back in the80s and I’ve never been uh what’s the best way to experience Magic Kingdom unfortunately the best way to experience Magic Kingdom is through lightning Lane um you do need to buy a genie Plus in order to experience it properly and to get the most out of your day it also depends on the time of year that you go if you go during a good time of year you don’t necessarily need Genie plus uh to experience the most popular attractions but for the most part unfortunately right now I do recommend um doing that but um gosh I’ve never been asked this question before I’ve I’ve never been asked on the best way to experience Magic Kingdom um here’s here’s an idea now I’m kind of plugging here go back on the channel and look up the tourist for a day challenge look up the tourist for a day challenge and kind of look at what I did in that video also look up the video where I where Genie plus first came out and I was using it to ride every single attraction in one day look up those videos and I feel like that’ll be the best guide to help you out let’s see uh the way they made the but the chat moved and I got lost count uh the way they made the covered dining seating areas look like shells looks really cool it does I I do really like that and again it goes back to them really wanting to highlight the culture of the Bahamas and alra itself and they wanted to Showcase you know what some of the shells that you would find on the beach I think that that’s really cool if if you could go onto the beach and actually find a Shell that looks like that I think that would make for a cool photo let’s see uh we had the after fireworks buffet in the dream in September of 22 really in 22 you had that see like other than the magic we haven’t had that buffet and I’m very surprised we’ve been looking forward to it too let’s see uh the regular D whips are just fine but the special flavors they do interesting okay I’ll try some of the the special flavors let’s see what’s my favorite Disneyland ride my favorite Disneyland ride that’s a good question um I guess I don’t need this up anymore um my favorite Disneyland ride that’s a very interesting question I got to say like Disneyland Park it’s Indiana Jones Disneyland park my favorite ride is Indiana Jones if you’re asking me about DCA it’s either in credit coaster or Guardians of the Galaxy one of the two let’s see um I was rooting for Tampa Bay over the Panthers uh have you been to any games I’m thinking of going to an NHL game next season but it was a long drive for me yeah I’ve been to several games this season we actually went to a game we actually went to a game during the playoffs uh the first round and we lost during that game that I went to and a couple weeks prior to that we went to another game uh during the end of the season um but yeah i’ I’ve been to plenty of games I’ve been to plenty of games and they’re a lot of fun uh let’s see me and my family are planning on going to Disney World next year during labor day weekends um may God be with you may God be with you it’s going to be busy it’s going to be busy but you’re still going parade which I don’t know if there’s going to be like if it’s going to be a traveling parade or if they’re using the term parade Loosely and it’s just going to be just in this one area I have no idea I think a parade like an actual traveling parade is going to be a bad idea especially if they only do it once a day if they’re actually going to do a parade they need to do it multiple times a day only because people are going to be so dispersed people are going to be doing a bunch of different things you don’t want to pull a bunch of people from the beach to all line up along a parade route in order for in order to watch a parade you know this is a relaxing Private Island not private island but a a relaxing Island destination and I don’t think you want to start turning it into one of the parks by having a dedicated parade now granted there’s not going to be any floats I don’t think I think it’s going to be like a small cavalcade type thing but I think the word parade was the wrong word to use I would have used the word cavalcade to describe this if they were actually going to be something traveling but this looks interesting and I and again they are wanting to pay homage and tribute to to the island nation of you know the the Bahamas and alra by showing off the culture and stuff and I think it’s going to be really cool uh we have this picture over here of some of the children’s activities uh with Goofy and Chip Andale in their outfits I think that the outfits look really cool let’s see is there anything else uh nothing that I saves particularly over here but I wanted to get your guys’s opinion on this what do you guys think of the merchandise what do you think of the merchandise uh we have the t-shirts with the small logo in the front and the big design on the back I posted on Twitter earlier I absolutely hate this but I want to get your thoughts on the merchandise what do you guys think love it or hate it because right now I am very mad Kota says that she really likes the the goofy the goofy shirt but I don’t know we also have the Mickey one down here we have a Pluto one down here we have the lounge fly I’m not I’m I’m not digging the uh the it’s not really my style either and especially with the big designs being on the back I wear backpacks a lot I wear backpacks a lot and I prefer to have the design on the front so that people can see it not really on the back so I honestly don’t see myself buying any of this stuff unless there’s a shirt that’s dedicated that says you know Lookout key on the front you know that’s a bit more generic than maybe I would get that but I’m personally not anticipating myself getting any of these shirts let’s see I don’t wear Caribbean colors in general I completely understand let’s see Peter um I don’t love big designs on the back also we seem to like more cutesy merch and it all seems heavy on the cultural but not cute or funny that is entirely true that is entirely true you and I share the same taste in merch and yeah you know hopefully this isn’t it hopefully this isn’t it and they have have a lot more merch out there because they have a lot of merch for Castaway key and I hope that they can take some of those cutesy designs and bring them over to Lighthouse Point hopefully this isn’t it you know hopefully this is just Disney showing off the more cultural side of their merchandise let’s see I appreciate the attempts to make different characters in behem style though I prefer it as art over a shark definitely definitely I I 100% agree with that let’s see I also don’t like the lounge flight it’s way too busy it is very busy like I have no idea what I’m even looking at but again this is Bohemian art this Bohemian art that they’re going off of so I don’t know I’m very curious early ticket for Halloween horn nights that lets you in at 3 p.m. if so how do you get them yes there is a scream early ticket that they do for Halloween Horror Nights and it does get you in at about 3:00 um I don’t think those I don’t think those tickets have gone on sale yet I don’t think those have gone on sale yet but keep an eye on the channel whenever those tickets do go on sale we will make want Mickey and friends in their Bohemian outfits next to Lighthouse on shirts yes 100% I would really hope that they would have something like that if not it’s a huge Miss opportunity let’s see uh when am I going on the treasure cruise I think that one leaves January 12th I think that one’s January 12th I’m not 100% sure sure but early January is our is our cruise on the treasure let’s see I am also concerned it’s not going to be ready and I expect uh y’all will see differences between your first and second days at Lighthouse uh Lookout key yeah 100% I definitely think there’s going to be differences between the first day and the second day those first couple cruises are going to tell Disney a lot about what they need to do operationally for the land and what they need to change that’s exactly why I want to do another Cruise you know several months later comparing our first cruise to our second Cruise you know what I mean I there’s going to be a lot that’s going to change a lot that’s going to change and I want to show the differences um I like your hat by the way thank you let’s see uh we can’t compare Lookout too much to Castaway Castaway is an incredible Island and this will be its own unique experience looking forward to the experience looking forward to experiencing it myself and drawing my own conclusions yes 100% but unfortunately people aren’t going to be able because I live 2 hours away from the port um but yeah you probably should if you’re flying from far away buy Cruise insurance for the wedding cruise we have Cruise insurance I will say that for the wedding cruise we do have Cruise Insurance uh let’s see I just want to say as a bigger guy I tried uh as a bigger guy trying hard to lose weight I appreciate all of your honesty and your vehicle test have no idea how I got approved I honestly have no advice on that unfortunately I wish I did I’ve had a lot of people ask me what I would what they would have to do to get their insurance to cover it I honestly have no idea and that is 100% true no clue I I honestly I do think that it helps that I am going through a bariatric program through Tampa General Hospital I do think that that helps because it is a specific program and I was like considered dangerously overweight and morbidly obese that I do think that that helped but as far as what to tell your insurance specifically I have no idea and I wish I knew let’s see let’s see let’s see uh maybe a mini YouTube video I mean yeah we do have um several several like individual Vlogs but no like dedicated video to a uh to a Western Caribbean am I excited for epic Universe yes 100% I’m excited for epic Universe I have the Kronos right here it’s getting its medallions I am super excited for epic Universe you have no idea let’s see um do you get sponsored by the cruise lines on these Ventures no I wish I did but I don’t I do not let’s see ever thought of trying virgin voyages yes I have thought about it but our cruise uh budget is completely full right now with all the cruises that we currently have booked with Disney Cruise Line um but yeah we we would love to try virgin voyages at some point soon let’s see uh you should buy a year-long trip insurance plan I had no idea that that was a thing after two or three trips you’d be good huh I had no idea that that was a thing uh let’s see what kind of what kind of bandana hat ears is nugget wearing is nugget going to be in the wedding um nugget is probably not going to be in the wedding but nugget is wearing like a headband like it’s it’s kind of like a shower headband I don’t know exactly where Kota got this from but these like shower headbands that Kota likes to wear in the shower like Disney makes a bunch of these that are I don’t even think these are like shower headbands they Kota just happens to use them in the shower but they make these different headbands that are like themed to different characters and that’s what Nugget’s wearing she likes to put them on put them on him say right there um so yeah let’s see started my job at crumble today after being unemployed for almost two months oh no um I’m so thankful I found that job hey that’s awesome by the way if you got the hookup on cookies let your boy know I love crumble crumble cookies are so good but they’re so bad for you but they’re so good that’s like a once a month or once every two month kind of thing for me let’s see um I wish that Disney World would step it up and add some cool rides in areas like Frozen uh like Disneyland and other countries I wish they would too you know the domestic Parks we’re slacking we’re slacking you know we’re all over here looking at what’s going on in the international parks and we’re like why please can we have a crumb of of good Disney rides please let’s see do you think that Disney do you think Cruz quality is getting better or worse overall it’s a good question um the honest response is getting worse because slowly but surely not just Disney but other cruise lines are cutting back on different offerings and different experiences to try and save money so I I see it I notice it especially as someone who’s been cruising since they were like 9 or 10 years old I’ve seen differences and I know what cruising with Disney used to be like versus what it’s like today and the experience is overall going down but that’s not to say that the experience is bad the overall experience is phenomenal compared to what you get in the Parks so don’t get that Twisted but over time as time progresses the quality is going down unfortunately it will get to a point where the cruise experience with Disney is just not good anymore and I hope to God that we never see that day at least in my lifetime but unfortunately it will probably get to that point just being honest just being honest let’s see um oh I was asking about the 2012 Western Caribbean cruise um I didn’t know you’ve been back sense I watch all your videos uh but don’t know specific Cruise titles like Western Caribbean ah and that’s totally fine let’s see U I try to watch all your videos it’s totally fine let’s see um Navaro family is going on 5day Magic cruise the 27th of this month yay hey that’s awesome that’s awesome let’s see uh Sarah hello hello um I love that you covered Hershey Park hey thank you so much I’m actually very surprised that that video did as well this weekend I am spending 24 hours in a movie theater watching the uh Star Wars movies yeah tomorrow night at 8:00 uh start my 24-hour Marathon at Disney Springs where I will be watching every Skywalker saga movie so episode 1 through n over the course of 24 hours I’ll be doing that so that’s going to be fun I think I’m going to make a video on that let’s see um okay now I can tell it’s playlist a best of 2010’s playlist is what I listen to a lot music nowadays to me is just turning into hot garbage like I don’t like a lot of the music that’s coming out nowadays that’s just me like early 2000 like ’90s early 2000s and 201 ends is like my kind of music um but yeah that’s that’s currently what I currently what I listen to uh let’s see my husband had to participate in a weight loss program slash have a coach all through Insurance uh due weighin and they approve coverage of weight loss injections there you go that’s a method let’s see Disney finally got back to having awesome stateroom gifts for Cast Away yes they do we’re not getting the the the backpacks every single cruise I I I love having the um the the um side P purses the um I guess you can call it a purse I like having those having those purses and all the other guests I I like them let’s see um I’d be there in chocolate if there is chocolate involved I’ll watch there you go I’m just lexican that was that threw me for a loop let’s see it’s not called them Park Express for nothing let’s see I’d probably stop at 6 let’s see um what did you think of the Mama Melrose bread from the 35th the Mama Melrose bread are you talking about like the free bread or are you talking about the garlic bread that we ordered the $10 garlic bread the $10 garlic bread definitely not worth it it was it was I’ve had better garlic bread let’s just put it that way I’ve had better garlic bread but the rolls the rolls were nasty the rolls were nasty [Laughter] it was it it was not good let’s see um do the lines for character meet and greets on cway key take a long time to get through no not in my experience at least um I wonder if they are longer now with the new outfits they might be but in in my experience I’ve never waited more than like 10 minutes for a character meet inre on Castaway key so you should be fine who knows things might be different on Lookout things might be different on Lookout because everyone’s going to want pictures with the characters in their Lookout outfits so we’ll see have I ever done a Hawaii Cruise no but I would really like to a Hawaii cruise is actually on our list of honeymoon possibilities okay and with that I am caught up on the chat I think I’m going to go ahead and end things here we’ve been streaming for almost two hours now we had a nice long discussion on Lookout key at Lighthouse Point and yeah o overall despite the negativity of what we spoke about today I am excited I’m excited to go on the cruise we’re on the inaugural Cruise we’re going twice we’re going twice in one Cruise plus we have a stop at cway Key which is going to be really exciting and we are possibly going to go to Lookout key again later on in the uh summer early fall possibly
