“Hundreds of American Bald Eagles visit Coeur d’Alene, Idaho on their annual migration south from Canada. In December, these birds congregate to feast on Kokanee Salmon that spawn in the northeastern corner of Lake Coeur d’Alene. While it’s incredible to view them perched in trees, it’s exhilarating to watch them fish. Moments after this photo, as if triggered by a sixth sense, this eagle joined by five others from all directions descended on the same spot in the lake. Only the quickest flew off with a meal.” #MyCanonStory
