【大阪 グルメ】創業50年老舗の自家製手打ち麺 家族で営む昭和の大衆食堂と西成のミシュラン店

[Music] Hello, this is KT. Today, I’m planning to eat up all the long-established and famous restaurants, but I’ve just arrived at the Kyocera Dome in Nishi Ward, Osaka City. Today, I’d like to continue on to Minato Ward. This area is still very much a part of the Showa era. There are many places that still remain and have a picturesque atmosphere. The shop we are going to visit now is a long-established udon restaurant that has been in business for 50 years and retains the coolness of the Showa era.Homemade handmade noodles are also sold at the storefront. The old-fashioned wooden box is really cool. The wood helps regulate the humidity of the noodles. It’s almost 3pm, but there’s no sign of the customers slowing down. People of all ages, from children to the elderly . It seems to be a restaurant that is loved by the locals.I decided to cool down with some cold candy before I can sit down. The glass cup is good. It’s cool and cold.It ‘s my first time trying cold candy, but it’s sweet. It’s definitely sweet, but the ginger is amazing. It has a very nostalgic taste, which is strange. Even though I drank it for the first time, I felt nostalgic for some reason.Does the sweet and spicy classic summer flavor of the hot Kansai region change depending on the store? It’s delicious and nostalgic, which is the best.Oden is also sold in front of the store, and it’s written as Kanto-ni. Oden , which I read as “kanto daki,” is interesting because the taste changes depending on the region. In Kanto, oden is often made with dark soy sauce, while in Kansai, it is often cooked with a light and sweet soup stock. That’s right, oden is super cheap at 120 yen each. Tendon meat is 200 yen. The menu includes udon, soba, bowl dishes, oden, and the ever-popular yakisoba, all of which are cheap and delicious, and you’ll be excited as you say, “I want to eat that,” and “I want to eat that, too.”It’s almost 3 p.m. When the seats became empty, I entered the restaurant. The atmosphere was amazing. It was lively, bright, and homely. Everyone is kind, so I feel the warmth of visiting a relative’s house. This is a lively Showa-era restaurant that you can only see in movies and TV dramas.Everything about it is cool, so I keep taking pictures of it.It ‘s a little sweet. soup stock. Delicious, very delicious. This is great for summer. The large piece of beef is already melty and tender , and the beef is overflowing with flavor. 200 yen for such a large piece of beef tendon goes well with the sweet soup stock , which is ridiculously cheap.Next , let’s have the udon noodles. First of all, the soup stock is delicious. In addition to the oil scum, there are green onions, chopped fried fish, and kamaboko on top.It ‘s delicious. Quite rich. Very rich. The delicious noodles are chewy and have just the right amount of chewiness, which is delicious.Next , we have the oil scum. There is plenty of this large scum on top.The oil scum is delicious and creamy, and it remains very hard.It ‘s hard, but this hard part The more you chew, the more flavor comes out. The umami flavor is the strongest in oil scum. Aburakasu is a local dish that has been eaten for a long time in Minamikawachi, Osaka. It is made by slowly frying offal pieces in oil.The outside is crispy and the inside has a unique texture that melts in your mouth. It has a rich beef flavor that is irresistible. The good fat and stock melts into the soup, which is the best.It is high in protein, low in fat, and has plenty of collagen, making it a highly nutritious oil scum, but perhaps because it takes a lot of time to produce, it is not often seen in the Kanto region.I have not eaten it yet. If you come to Osaka, please eat here as much as possible. I ordered the delicious yakisoba with pork and egg. There’s plenty of big pork. The crispy and juicy pork grilled on the iron plate is the best. The yakisoba is also delicious. First of all, the noodles themselves are delicious, and the rich sauce is irresistible. This also has a nostalgic taste. After all, the Kansai sauce is delicious. It’s topped with plenty of pork, so it’s a lot more luxurious than the ones I ate when I was a kid, but it still feels nostalgic. It ‘s delicious. This mini rice bowl was created at the request of a customer . Even though it’s a mini cutlet, it’s thick and big.The half-cooked condition isn’t the best. The cutlet was freshly fried and piping hot, and the batter was crispy. The meat inside is also soft and delicious. The flavor of the soup stock is gentle, rather than the strong taste of soy sauce. There’s also plenty of eggs. Melting. Even though it’s a mini bowl, I feel sorry for the extra effort. The cutlet is also so thick and large. It even came with pickles, which was a great deal.I’m sorry . thank you very much. Thank you. I went a little further south and came to Tamade Station on the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line. There is a famous supermarket called Tamade. I would like to go to a famous okonomiyaki restaurant right next to Tamade Station. A famous restaurant that has been selected as a Michelin Bib Gourmand and one of the 100 best restaurants in Tabelog, there is always a line, but depending on the timing, you may not have to wait long. The menu is simple. It’s sad that there are only okonomiyaki, yakisoba, and rolls. It ‘s interesting that the price is determined by the ingredients for both okonomiyaki and yakisoba.Whether it’s soba or rolls, squid costs ¥820, and pork costs ¥890.The owner’s personality is honest. It is said that the okonomiyaki is a type of restaurant that serves the okonomiyaki after it is finished, and the sauce is added to your liking. Founded in 1976, there were sweet, dry, and mud sauces on the table . Zoya’s okonomiyaki has a very good reputation, and I’ve always heard rumors about it, so this was my first visit and my wish came true. The amount of mixed seafood was a little too much, but when I saw it, I saw how big it was. This is the size of the shrimp. It’s really amazing. The roll is made with plenty of seafood and eggs. The roll is filled with soft, large pieces of squid, shrimp, and pork, and is quite filling. The pork is tender and juicy. The eggs are runny. It goes well with the sauce , and since it doesn’t contain any flour, you can directly appreciate the quality of the ingredients. After all, it’s fun to sit around the iron plate . The store staff is friendly and kind, so the store is bright and has a great atmosphere. The yakisoba is also excellent. I can’t stop using chopsticks. The chewy noodles and the sauce are delicious. The crispy cabbage is also irresistible. The squid is big and soft, and it’s really delicious.First of all, it comes with mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on top.Use the lever to spread it around a bit, then operate it.The ribs and loin are connected. The large piece of meat is shaped like a spiral and is grilled to a fragrant and crispy texture. Apparently it takes 15 minutes to bake one.It ‘s so fluffy. It feels fluffy when you hold it. The pork is so crispy that it’s so fluffy and crunchy that you can hear the sound of the piping hot okonomiyaki . They use locally sourced ingredients as much as possible, and the tempura is purchased from a nearby tempura restaurant. The tempura is made by a fishmonger, so you can feel the essence of the seafood, and the pork is juicy and has a concentrated flavor. Although it is packed with cabbage, it has a light texture and you can eat as much as you want.I will try it with the doro sauce. Doro sauce is a sauce made from the sediment that comes out in the process of making Worcestershire sauce , but since it’s spicy , the restaurant’s recommended way to eat it is to add a little bit of doro sauce to the sweet sauce. This mud sauce was also delicious and I was surprised. It has a spiciness comparable to curry. The ingredients are carefully selected, but everything from the sauce to the mayonnaise is exquisite. I found the best okonomiyaki. So , everyone, how did you like KT EATS this time? Once again, I was able to meet one of the famous restaurants in Osaka that is full of humanity. Is there a restaurant that you would like to visit? If you’re thinking, “Just because you came to Osaka, you’re probably eating too much Konamon,” try the Good Button. If you’re a Konamon lover who says, “No, no, it’s OK to have three meals of Konamon a day.” Please also subscribe to the channel
