  1. Right now I am a tourist in Japan. Traveling all over the country, currently on the northern island of Hokkaido. What recommendations do you have for attractions and good food? I will soon be stopping in metropolitan Tokyo. I would love to hear recommendations for restaurants. thanks!

  2. I am so addicted to your channel, love the energy and the content… and the food 😉 . Never thought I would get the chance to ask something in real time in a live stream. That has made my day.

  3. oh your diet should be interesting, particularly how do you stay fit despite eating so many sweets lol

  4. I love your channel can't get enough great video your vibe is great and your absolutely adorable Alley 😊 lots of delicious food

  5. I've been watching your videos for quite a while, and enjoyed how you present the topics on performing with exuberance and an optimistic attitude. I knew I was never going to be a dancer, and originally thought she's a performer, so this smiling happy person is just a youtube character. Then you got hurt, and not always smiling, but still smiling often and optimistic. You like Japan, I like Japan, so can no longer resist as it's futile, so now I'm subscribed. I can get an Alley attitude adjustment just by viewing.

  6. Thanks for watching, friends ☺️🫶 I find that when I go back to Japan, I do often resort back to my old favorites, but during this trip I wanted to try a bunch of more unique options! Which one was most surprising?😅

  7. First of all, I want to say that I really appreciate the effort and creativity you put into your videos. The editing is on point, and you clearly have an eye for aesthetics. However, I wanted to share some feedback that I think could help make your content even more engaging and informative.

While I enjoy your presence in the videos, I feel like there’s often too much focus on close-ups of yourself, especially when you’re eating or talking directly to the camera. Since your videos are about exploring another country, it would be great to see more of the actual environment, culture, and day-to-day life in that place. Personally, I’d love to learn more about the country through your lens – show us the streets, the people, the landscapes, and the food in its natural setting, rather than so many self-focused shots.

Maybe incorporating more handheld or dynamic shots could help bring out the raw, authentic feel of travel, and showcase the destination itself. It could really bring a sense of immersion for the viewer and allow us to experience the country alongside you. Perhaps try a more raw uneditted video and see what it does.

Again, love your editing style and the vibe you bring, just hoping to see a bit more of the journey and the beautiful places you visit!

Thanks for your great work, looking forward to your next video.

  8. Here I am here looking for tomato ramen near me on google. lol
We need to go back someday soon please… 😅

  9. Ahhahaa the little Spongebob face 'you like iiiit don't you squidward?!' 😭 So cute

  10. when Alley was doing the price conversion on the food, i was thinking about Western Economics (Christian-economics; via wealth-redistribution, e.g. tax and spend fiscal policies)…
it occurred to me, Japan's low inflation and low prices…temporarily held together with America's high interest rates, which caused supply-demand imbalance via the cash-carry (borrow in Japan at low interest rates, lend to America's treasury at higher rates…basically a no-risk type of way to make money) BUT, the latter causing demand-side inflation for the Yen… BUT, the standard of living held-together by the high-savings rate in Japan; both culturally, and corporate wise. the economists (never) talk about reverse-'stimulus' (reverse Christian economics – East Asian economics (because economics as a pseudo-science was more or less invented by the West); less government tax and spend), to bolster the Yen (or dollar)…where, the savings rate in Japan approaches 25%…and the West is basically nil…you just end up with inflation (via Christian economics).

  11. I thought someone had pirated your videos when this showed in my suggested but you just changed the channel name.

Edit: I swear this channel was called Alley Kerr when I first commented.

  12. First off, what a fantastic experience! Second, I am one of those people who hate watching people eat because its gross, but I must say, you have made watching people eat great again as you do it with such class and pizzaz! My wife and I enjoy all of your videos!

  13. I just love how the two of you share share the adventure of trying new things together. Thanks again for brining us along.

  14. Thank you for the tour of Japan. Did you have any oden at the yatai stand? The sakura blooms in March/April. No wonder you two were dressed for a blizzard. Curious as to why you changed YouTube channel title?

  15. How do I send you my dry cleaning bill? By the time I finished watching this video I noticed that I'd drooled all over myself.
