Folks – another ‘Andy’s Food Bites’ today, and it’s the Japanese speciality ‘okonomiyaki’ on the menu. Denko Sekka at Fukuoka’s Canal City Mall does Hiroshima style okonomiyaki and they do a great job of it too, so join me et al as we tuck into this Japanese favourite and see what it’s like – and how it’s made!
