ナイトルーティン|夫に作るダイエットメニュー|油揚げ餃子、茹で鶏のエスニック風、高野豆腐の鶏だしスープ

It’s raining in Tokyo today. Before you know it, it’s already late February. Please eat a lot~ Everyone in my family loves gyoza, so we often make them, but tonight I’m going to make something a little healthier. I like it because it’s easy to make and healthy, with lots of cabbage and chives.

Finely chop the cabbage with a blender and sprinkle with salt. Roughly chop the chives with a knife. Add a pinch of salt, chicken stock, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the drained cabbage, chives, and minced pork. Add a little grated ginger and mix well.

I usually season the minced meat and mix it in first, but on this day I forgot. LOL It didn’t require oil removal, but I’ll cover it with kitchen paper just in case. Cut it in half and stuff the filling inside. Easier than regular dumplings ~

My daughter recently started learning English. I’m studying the alphabet 👧 I’m going to cut up some cucumber and cilantro to add to the boiled chicken. My husband and I both like cilantro, so we prepare a lot of it. Finely chop the white onions to use for the sauce for the boiled chicken.

Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, grated garlic and green onions and mix. I’ll be back 7 hours ago. I made boiled chicken this morning. Prepare green onion parts and ginger slices. You can also enjoy this boiled chicken by changing the type of sauce. Since it is soft, it is also popular with children.

Bring the chicken breasts to room temperature and make them the same thickness. Season slightly with sake and salt. Add the chicken, ginger, and green onions, bring to a boil over low heat, then turn off the heat and cover with a lid. Leave it like this for a few hours to cool down.

After 7 hours, it was moist and soft. Cut into thin slices so that even children can easily eat them. I also slice the boiled ginger and eat it. Strain the boiled chicken stock. Return to pot and make soup with chicken stock. Adjust the taste with salt and soy sauce,

Add wakame seaweed, and a bite of Koya tofu and it’s done. On weekdays, I basically just take care of myself by applying lotion and cream. I try to be careful when touching my skin without using too much force.Recently, I ‘ve been thinking about using a serum. Do you have any recommendations?

My husband came home. Welcome back🌛I’m finishing up the side dishes for one person. Add plenty of cucumber, ginger, and coriander. Add some sauce and it’s done. Lately, my husband has been eating zuku for dinner. Dietary fiber is important. Husband: I’m hungry! I’m so happy that there’s so much cilantro!

Husband: It looks like gyoza. Husband: Thank you for the meal. This completes the day’s housework. Basically, we try to spend some time together at the end of the day. Be sure to prepare a hot drink ☕️ We had chamomile tea tonight~ Our routine is to talk about the day’s events.

I think I can relax and sleep tonight too 🌛
