The founding meeting of the Yilan County Criminal Police Friends Association was held on the evening of May 3 at the Que International Hot Spring Hotel in Luodong Village, Yilan County. It was jointly established by Huayoulian President Lu Jikang and the chairman of major enterprises in Yilan County, hoping to form the strongest organization. Social forces have become the strongest backing for front-line criminal police colleagues in maintaining public security. Yilan County Magistrate Lin Zimiao presented the flag to Captain Lu Jikang!
